Drew Williams

Drew is a Managing Partner of 8th & Main. He graduated from Texas Tech with a BBA in Finance with an emphasis on Real Estate in 2010. Drew spent the first few years of his career in various corporate finance roles and, in 2014, got the opportunity of a lifetime to lead finance and operations for Tinder, a high-growth start-up. The experience he gained during his 5 years with the company was invaluable and significantly impacted his personal and professional growth. Drew's love for real estate came from watching and spending time on job sites with his dad, who is a 30+ year industry veteran. He loves challenges and learning new skills, which is why he enjoys working in the ever-changing world of real estate. He also co-founded a sports betting technology start-up that is working to enable the future of live sports betting. When Drew is not working, he loves to spend time with his family. He and his wife Holly have two boys, Lawson and Connor, who keep them on their toes. Drew is also an avid golfer, a Star Wars enthusiast, and a dedicated fan of all things Dallas sports. He believes family comes first and is committed to building a business that reflects this value.


Cody & Haleigh Nix

Cody is a Managing Partner of 8th & Main. Cody received a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and has had a successful career in the commercial appraisal industry for the past decade. He received his MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2016. His expertise and background in the real estate industry allow him to assist future clients in making wise real estate decisions. Though he has extensive knowledge of valuation and appraisal, his appreciation for architecture and design also runs deep. Cody attributes his love for architectural design to one thing: Legos. And, if you were to ask him to describe his design style, his answer would be “whatever Haleigh likes.”

Haleigh is the Interior Design Director for 8th & Main. Haleigh grew up watching her mother design kitchens and make everything she touched beautiful. Inspired by this and coupled with her own natural eye for design and color, designing joyful and nurturing spaces became a dream in the back of Haleigh’s mind. Before 8th & Main, Haleigh graduated from DBU, started her career in the non-profit sector, and managed a branch of a local non-profit organization serving individuals with special needs. 

Cody and Haleigh’s motivation for 8th & Main began when they designed and built their own home in their hometown of Midlothian in 2018. Fun fact: They spent the entirety of their engagement planning and designing their home instead of planning a wedding. Their home inspired them to forgo a traditional wedding and elope! You can usually find them spending time with their daughter Greenlee, sippin’ coffee on their front porch, brainstorming about market homes, and hunting down 8th & Main’s next investment property.


Josh & Laura Ochs

Josh Ochs is the Construction Manger for Eighth & Main. Josh is a proud U.S. Army veteran who grew up around his grandfather’s construction and remodeling company and has a passion for building. He has been managing projects for over a decade in construction, landscape, and irrigation. He takes great pride in being a part of the building process from start to finish and understands the importance of building positive relationships with both his clients as well as the industry professionals that he works so closely with. Originally from Missouri, Josh and his family moved to Midlothian Texas in the summer of 2019. He and his wife Laura have been married since 2010 and have four children between the ages of 8 and 17. In his free time, he enjoys watching his children play sports, traveling, hunting and everything outdoors. “Being involved with the team at Eighth and Main is a huge blessing for my family and me. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to build your dream home.”

Laura attended the University of Missouri-Columbia where she went on to spend the first few years of her career in health care caring for patients on a Women’s Health unit at a major hospital in St. Louis Missouri. After 10 years and the birth of her fourth child she had the opportunity to step back into the home full-time to manage her very busy household of six. Laura’s passion for homebuilding and desire to help to continuously improve the customer experience started with the purchase of her and her husband’s very first home that they built together in their first year of marriage. She is excited to be back in the workforce using her organizational and communication skills as well as her compassion and care for community and people to guide you through the home building process.


Michelle Henson

Michelle Henson is the Operations Manager for 8th & Main. In Michelle's first seven years of her career, she helped people with pre-existing health conditions find affordable and accessible health insurance. 

After a break at home with her second child, she moved over to the real estate appraisal world where was able to use her passion for helping people in Human Resources and fine tune her gift of creating processes and procedures. 

Michelle was motivated to join the team because she believes in 8th and Main's mission, integrity, and vision. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children, traveling, going on hikes, gardening, and learning new things in nature.
