Pre-Construction

We reserve your desired lot and you provide proof of funding. We connect you with our architect and create a proposal based on your project’s architectural specifications. You approve our proposal, floor plans, elevation, scope of work, and make preliminary selections.

Design + Build

At this point, a build timeline is established and construction on your project begins. We guide you every step of the way through our design + build process to help you find your way home.

Wrap Up

Your project is complete and a final walkthrough is taken to ensure your satisfaction. We take photos of your space prior to your move in and provide a project packet with your specifications and warranty information.
